Result card 2023 - Summer

International Rules

 

We have opted for a Champions League style format.

4 groups with an element of seeding. Each team will play the other teams once in a round robin.

The top 2 teams from each division will then play a KO competition.

QF 1 Group A Winners play Group D runners up

QF 2 Group C Winners play Group B runners up

QF 3 Group B Winners play Group C runners up

QF 4 Group D Winners play Group A runners up

 

Semi finals are QF1 V QF3 and QF2 v QF4

 

Teams positioned 3 to 5 will also play a KO competition with position 3 going through to the quarter finals and positions 4 and 5 battling it out to get into the quarter finals.

 

Round robin matches consist of 12 frames with no one playing the same opponent.

In the event of a 6-6 draw a deciding frame will need to be played by 2 players that have not played each other. The space for that is on the dotted line on the result card.

 

KO Stages will be first to 7.

There is little room for postponing any matches. Any team cancelling a match will lose 8-0 unless the opponent agrees to play the match on another date prior to the conclusion of that stage.

 

Captains will receive the full draw prior to the league starting.
